1. In short

• No account, no cookies. Ticks, trips and settings stay in your browser’s localStorage.
• Optional device sync (off until you turn it on): end-to-end encrypted in the browser; we cannot read it.
• Location only on your device, never sent.
• Visits: cookieless, self-hosted Plausible on stats.suumcuique.co.
• Weather, warning and fuel data are fetched by the cbsc.one server. Your browser talks only to cbsc.one and the stats server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by a provider in the EU. The web server keeps technically necessary logs (IP address, time, URL, status, referrer, user agent) for operation, security and troubleshooting — briefly and only as long as needed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Statistics

Self-hosted Plausible on stats.suumcuique.co: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, no profiles. Page, referrer, browser, OS, device type and coarse country are recorded; the IP is not stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Local data and sync

App data lives in localStorage and the service-worker cache. It leaves the device only if you transfer it yourself (link, QR or file) or turn on sync. Sync: AES-GCM in the browser, key never sent to us; the server stores only the encrypted file under a random ID. Language, place and location are not synced. Abuse protection: daily hash per IP, deleted after one day. “Delete server data” removes the file at once; unused groups after 12 months (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

6. Location and server fetches

Location only with your permission, only locally. The cbsc.one server fetches weather, warnings and fuel prices from the sources for fixed places — without your IP or position. Your browser loads nothing from those sources.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may complain to Croatia’s Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP, azop.hr). Without user accounts we usually hold no personal data about you.
